Use to relieve:
- Muscular, skeletal or back pain, headache, fever reduction. For any of the above, take two 325 mg tablets every four hours with food.
Children’s use: 10–15 mg per kg body weight every four hours (use caution, see below).
Side effects and precautions: indigestion, diarrhea, fluid retention, constipation, headache. Not to be used in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy or in persons with kidney disease, nasal polyps, or a history of ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding. Not to be used in persons with platelet or bleeding disorders, G6PD deficiency, or in children with viral infections or chicken pox (see package insert for complete list of side effects and contraindications).
