Ipratropium
(Ipratropium bromide)
Use to prevent:
- Asthma attacks: Chronic Lung Disease: Take 2 or 3 puffs every six to eight hours as needed for shortness of breath or wheezing.
NOT FOR CHILDREN
Side effects and precautions: cough, nervousness, dizziness, dry mouth, and oral irritation. Do not use if you have allergy to soybeans or peanuts (see package insert for complete list of side effects and contraindications).
