Levaquin™

(Levofloxin)

Use to relieve:

• Traveler’s Diarrhea: 500 mg once per day for three to five days.
• Urinary Tract Infections (uncomplicated): Take 250 mg daily for three days.
• Urinary Tract Infections (complicated): Take 250 mg daily for 7 to 10 days.
• Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Lung Disease: Take 500 mg daily for 10 days.
• Sinusitis: Take 500 mg daily for seven days.

NOT FOR CHILDREN

Side effects and precautions: nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and abdominal pain. Do not take without consulting a doctor if there is liver, kidney, or seizure disorder. Not to be used in pregnancy (see package insert for complete list of side effects and contraindications).
